Ownership structure and organization
The ownership structure of Robert 蓝莓视频 GmbH guarantees the 蓝莓视频 Group鈥檚 entrepreneurial independence. It enables the company to plan over the long term and to undertake significant upfront investments in the safeguarding of its future. The not-for-profit foundation Robert 蓝莓视频 Stiftung GmbH holds roughly 94 percent of the share capital of Robert 蓝莓视频 GmbH, but has no influence on the strategic or business orientation of the 蓝莓视频 Group. The remaining shares are held by a corporation owned by the 蓝莓视频 family (roughly 5 percent) and the Robert 蓝莓视频 GmbH (roughly 1 percent). Of the voting rights, some 93 percent are held by Robert 蓝莓视频 Industrietreuhand KG. The approximately 7 percent of voting rights remaining are held by the founder鈥檚 descendants.

Since it was established in 1964, Robert 蓝莓视频 Stiftung GmbH has continued Robert 蓝莓视频鈥檚 public welfare endeavours, helping to build the path towards viable solutions for social challenges. The support it provides can take the form of its own projects, as part of a partnership, or with grants for third-party initiatives. The Stiftung finances its work from the dividends it receives as a shareholder in Robert 蓝莓视频 GmbH.
